August 10 - 14, 2026
International Education is experiencing one of its most significant periods of growth in recent decades. Academic mobility, curriculum internationalization, and intercultural competencies have become essential pillars for professional development and for building more inclusive, collaborative, and globally conscious societies. Within this context, the Leadership Camps for International Education have emerged as one of the most impactful and influential training and exchange programs in the region.

Comuniad de apoyo para Clases Espejo. With more than 84 institutions from 16 countries participating since its creation in 2020, this initiative has supported hundreds of educational leaders in strengthening their skills, transforming their environments, and building cross-border academic networks that continue to expand year after year.

This important trajectory now leads to a new milestone: the 9th Leadership Camp for International Education – Toronto, Canada, August 2026, a gathering designed to become one of the most meaningful academic and intercultural events of the year.
At Vital Dignity, we deeply celebrate this opportunity and extend an invitation to the entire academic, institutional, and professional community to take part in this transformative experience.
The Evolution of a Global Initiative
Since its first edition, the Leadership Camps have aimed to offer more than academic training. Each event has been an immersion in local culture, a deep dive into inclusive and transformational leadership, and an opportunity to expand global perspectives.
Previous editions—Quito, San José, Cancún, Mexico, Spain, Brazil, Peru, and Colombia—have demonstrated the power of multicultural interaction as a source of learning. Participants not only gain theoretical insights but also develop interpersonal, communication, and intercultural skills that shape their professional and personal trajectories.
The impact has been clear:
Deeper understanding of International Education concepts
Strengthened global mindset and strategic perspective
Expanded networks for international academic collaboration
Increased employability and access to global opportunities
Transformative experiences that enrich personal and professional life
