Refund Eligibility
A. Programs (Live, Fixed-Date)

24-Hour Cancellation Window: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

All Sales Final: No refunds if:

B. Courses (Self-Paced, Recorded)

Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Due to immediate and unlimited access, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
C. Subscription Plans

Cancel Anytime: Stop auto-renewal before the next billing cycle via your account dashboard.

No Prorated Refunds: Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
D. Packages & Bundles

Non-Refundable: If any included benefit (e.g., program access, course enrollment) has been redeemed.

1-Year Expiry: Unused packages expire 365 days post-purchase without reimbursement.
Refund Processing
